The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of a ballet warmup, 65 burpees (35, 25, 20 w/approx 20 sec between );

4 sets of thrusters (DB 2x20), kettlebell 2-handed swings (KB 44 lb), and two-handed cleans (KB 35 lb).  1st set=15 reps, 2nd set=12 reps, 3rd set=8 reps, 4th set=5 reps;

15 rocking squats (KB 26 lb); 35 V-ups (10 MB); 25 Russian twists (10 MB); 18 leg lift w/raise (AW 2x5); 40 prone flutter kicks (AW 2x5); 

15 min. bellydance/yoga practice.

Also took one-hour ballet class in the evening.

At clubhouse:  30 min. stationary rowing, 1 set pull-ups/chin-ups, stretching

At gym:  1 hour "sculpt" class; 1 hour "High-lo Impact" class; 1 hour yoga class; 1 hour Zumba class.
