At Clubhouse: 10 min fast running on treadmill (6.7 - 7.4 pace); 10 min elliptical - level 14; 10 min. stationary rowing.
At home: 40 min. ballet DVDs

The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of a bellydance and ballet warm-up, 85 Burpees (25,20,15,10,10,5); a 21, 15, 9, 5 Countdown* of: Dumbell Thrusters (DB 15), 2-handed Kettlebell Swings (KB 35), Russian Twists (MB10), Clubbell "Iron Crosses" (CB2X5), Crunches (MB10), Arch Rocks, Knee Crunches (MB10), Saxon Side Bends (MB10); and a core circuit of V-ups, Flutter kicks, and Ab Wheel rollouts.
Note: Last set of 5 DB thrusters and 2-handed KB swings were performed with 20 lb DBs and 45 lb KB respectively.
