The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of 5 sets of 100 jump-ropes + 20 burpees; a Kettlebell circuit (26 lb KB) consisting of 5 sets of cleans, swings, snatches, and clean/press; grip strength device exercises; a core circuit (saxon side bends, trunk twisters, leg raises w/lift (5lb AW), prone flutter kicks (5lb AW), V-ups (5lb AW, 5lb HH), Russian twists (MB 10), Diagonal Chops (MB 10), Ab wheel rollouts, power wheel pikeups, and power wheel pelvic heists. Followed up with dragon walks (KB 26), Push Presses (KB 26), and Rocking Squats (KB 26). Finished with 1 set of pull-ups/chin-ups and 25 squats on the Bosu.
