The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of a 20 min. Belly dancing warm-up; 50 Burpees (25, 15, 10); 2 sets of chin-ups/knee raises; 2 sets of push-ups (on stands w/20 lb vest) and dips (on parellettes w/20 lb vest); a core devices circuit; a medicine ball core circuit; 75 squats (w/20 lb weight vest); heel raises and toe raises (w/20 lb vest); L-holds on parallettes (w/20 lb. weight vest); 25 lunge walks (w/20 lb vest); 1 set of bodyweight pull-ups, dips, push-ups (stands); L-holds.
Also, light lifting session at gym in the evening, 40 min.
