The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of a 45 minute bellydancing warmup; 35 Burpees, 2 sets of Clean & Press with 2x20 db; 2 sets of Clean & Jerk w/2x20 db; 20 Clean & Thrusters w/2x20 db; 2 sets of rocking squats w/18 lb KB; leg raises w/lift and flutter kicks (5 lb AW); Rolling sit-ups (13 lb KB); High windmills (18 lb KB); Saxon side bends (5 lb. HH); Hanging knee raises; Parallette L-holds; Russian Twists; Hand grips; Expand the Hands Band; 10 2-handed swings w/45 lb KB.  10 minute yoga cool-down.
