At the Community Clubhouse, 10 minutes running on treadmill (6.7+ pace), 10 minutes on stationary bike, 10 minutes stationary rowing, 3 pull-ups/chin-ups superset, and stretching.

The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of lunge jumps, 147 thrusters w/15 lb dumbbells, 100 Russian twists, 100 Kettlebell swings, and 25 Burpees.
