40 min. treadmill running in increments of 10 min, with 2-3 min. between each increment. (Pace between 6.3 and 7.0.
One set of pull-ups.
1 hour and 45 minutes combined "strength" yoga and ballet.
At Clubhouse - 25 minutes continuous running on treadmill, 6.3-6.4 pace;
30 minutes of brisk walking, 4.1 pace.
