The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of a 20/15/10/5 countdown of Burpees, Thrusters, Kettle Bell 2-handed Swings, and various abodominal exercises with a medicine ball.  Post-countdown:  Pulls-ups and chin-ups, further abdominal work, squat jumps with Power Jumper, and leg exercises (using 5 lb ankle weights)–all preceded by one hour of bellydance practice.
