Olympic weightlifting:  The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of:

Warm-up: LHB choice.

Burpees: 25 (time of 1:37.50).

Olympic weightlifting: 10 different exercises; 18 total sets.

Core circuit: 7 exercises.

Grip strength:  2 sets of grip strength exercises.

Cooldown: Closed with 30-minutes from 10-Minute Solution and bellydance DVDs.
