"Nena Burpees and Evil Engines": The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of:
Warm-up: LHB choice.
Main workout: 30 "Nena" burpees (LHB Level 2 burpees); 350 engines (w/2x5 lb. ankle weights and 2 x 5 lb. Heavy Hands). Total time for Nena burpees and engines: 21:00.50.
Core: 10 exercises (2 w/ankle weights, 8 w/medicine ball).
Cooldown: 25-minutes of bellydancing practice.
