"Manmakers":  The Lady Hardbody™ Workout of the Day consisted of:

Warm-up: LHB choice

Burpees: 20

Dumbbell Manmakers: 50 Manmakers with DB2x12 (total time: 15:16.22).  10 Manmakers with DB2x15.

Core circuit: 50 straight legged pelvic raises.  15 standing ab wheel rollouts.  30 Power Wheel™ pike-ups.

Pull-up bar work: 1 superset of pull-ups/chin-ups.

Cool-down: 20-minutes bellydancing practice from a DVD.
