Clubhouse: 10 min. fast running on treadmill (6.7 or above); 10 min. rowing; 2 pull-up/chin-up supersets; stretching.
Home: Bellydancing, 30 min.
Eclectic mix: The Lady Hardbody Fitness™ Workout of the Day consisted of 16 different resistance and/or physioball exercises. Total of 32 sets.

Freedom Center:
50 minute sculpting class with ankle weights and 5 and 12 lb. dumbells
50 minute yoga class
50 minute cardio-sculpt class with 15 lb. body bar
50 minute dance (Zumba) class
Day of physical training rest.
Communtiy clubhouse: 45 minutes on treadmill, 30 minutes of it running at 6.5 - 6.7 pace (in 10 min. incremements). Fast walking at an incline for remaining 15 min.
Dance class: 50 minute ballet class in the evening.
