"25, 18, 12 Countdown":  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: a "25, 18, 12 Countdown" comprised of burpees, dumbbell thrusters, kettlebell swings, medicine ball crunches, medicine ball Saxon side bends, medicine ball chest passes, and arch rocks (time of 22:36.50).  Added to this was some pullup bar work (pull-ups and knee raises), a core circuit (5 exercises), 25 squat jumps with Portable Power Jumper, 1-set of weighted chin-ups, and grip strength exercises (3 exercises).  LHB closed out this workout with 10 Minute Solution: Yoga - Yoga Basics program.

Home DVDs workout:  10 Minute Solutions: Tone Trouble Zones: Total Body Tone Zone program (10 min.).  10 Minute Solutions: Fat Blast Dance Mix: Calories Meltdown program (10 min.)  10 Minute Solutions: Kickboxing Boot Camp: Fat Burning Blast program (10 min.).  3 sets of burpees: 25, 15, 10.  1 superset of pull-ups/chin-ups: 6/5.  10 Minute Solutions: Yoga program (10 min.).

Community clubhouse:  Did 30-minutes on the treadmill, 20 of them running.  Did 6 pull-ups/5 chin-ups superset.  Closed with some stretching.  LHB is quite sore from yesterday’s Lady Hardbody™ workout.

"Triplets Torment":   The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 10 triplets of exercises with 15 lb. weight vest, and 4 triplets of exercises with 2x5 lb. ankle weights (1 set involved 2x5 lb. Heavy Hands).  Added 9 chin-ups, and a 6-exercise burpees enhancement circuit (time: 2:23).  Closed out with yoga from Rodeny Yee’s Advanced Yoga.

Anaerobic kettlebell:  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 50 burpees, followed by an anaerobic kettlebell circuit of cleans, 1-handed swings, snatches and clean/presses (5 sets; total time of 19:18).  Short pause and then did 4-sets of kettlebell Dragon Walks (15, 10, 10, 10).  Short pause before kettlebell circuit of rolling sit-ups, high windmills, 2-handed swings, and 2-handed cleans.  Short pause before 3 sets of ankle weight leg raises, and 3 sets of kettlebell push presses.  Closed main workout with 20 more burpees.  Wrapped up workout with 10 minutes of yoga from 10-Minute Solution: Yoga.
