"25, 18, 12 Countdown": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: a "25, 18, 12 Countdown" comprised of burpees, dumbbell thrusters, kettlebell swings, medicine ball crunches, medicine ball Saxon side bends, medicine ball chest passes, and arch rocks (time of 22:36.50). Added to this was some pullup bar work (pull-ups and knee raises), a core circuit (5 exercises), 25 squat jumps with Portable Power Jumper, 1-set of weighted chin-ups, and grip strength exercises (3 exercises). LHB closed out this workout with 10 Minute Solution: Yoga - Yoga Basics program.
