Hotel fitness center: 40 min elliptical (intervals), 3 sets of pull-ups/chin-ups, 3 sets of thrusters w/20 lb db’s (15/10/10), 15 biceps curls w/15 db’s, 20 bent over lat rows w/25 lb db’s, Ab exercises on some kind of contraption they have - kind of hard.
