July 23, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout
"15, 10, 5, 3 Countdown": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of a 5-exercise "15, 10, 5, 3 Countdown" of: burpees, dumbbell thrusters (DB2x20), kettlebell swings KB44), Russian twists (MB10) and ball slams (MB10). Short pause. Followed with: 1-set of pull-ups and 1 set of hanging knee raises; followed with 3-sets of grip strength exercises; a 10-exercise core circuit; a 5-exercise weight vest circuit (WV20); 1-set of weighted chin-ups (WB4); 25 Personal Power Jumper squat jumps; and 13 dumbbell Manmakers (DB2x10). Closed with 20 minutes of yoga (2 programs) from Ten Minute Solutions: Yoga DVD.
LHB leaves this date for 10 days of work related travel.
Rudy, the LHB trainer, is departing on July 25th for 3 weeks of travel in Europe. Ergo there will be no Lady Hardbody™ workouts until on or about August 17th.
