"Outdoors Obliteration": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of 3 evolutions of the following anaerobic intensive circuits: circuit #1: two-handed kettlebell swings, run 200 meters, burpees, run 200 meters, catch breath, circuit #2: kettlebell clean and presses, run 200 meters, burpees, run 200 meters. Added 3 exercises at the monkey bars: chin-ups (2 sets), hanging knee raises (3 sets), thick bar timed hangs (2 sets). Closed with 3 sets of squat jumps.
