"21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Countdown": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of a 4-exercise "21, 18, 15, 12, 9, 6, 3 Countdown" of: burpees, dumbbell clean and thrusters, kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches (time of 24:24.62). Short pause, followed by 1 set of pull-ups and 1 set of hanging knee raises. Followed with 2 sets of grip strength exercises, a 3-exercise core circuit (using ab wheel and Power Wheel), and 1 set of biceps curls. Closed with 10 minutes of stretching from Perfect in Ten: Stretch DVD.
