"Clubbell Carnage":  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: squat jumps circuit (6 sets, time: 2:51), Clubbells (17 Circular Strength Training exercises), pull-ups (1 set), pushups (1 set), core circuit (7 exercises), parallette dips (1 set), Lateral Resistor™ work (4 sets), grip strength exercsises (2 sets), and kettlebell rocking squats (1 set).  Closed with 10-minutes of yoga from 10-Minute Solution DVD.
