July 14, 2007 - Workout

Aerobic conditioning:  At the community clubhouse LHB did: 10-minutes elliptical, 25- minutes treadmill running (fast), 10 burpees, 1 set of pull-up/chin-up combos (5/4), 10-minutes rowing.  At home did a Karen Voight DVD, Pilates Core Power (approx. 40 minutes).
