July 13, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout
"El Siete del Diablo": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of a 7-exercise "21, 15, 9 Countdown" of: burpees, dumbbell thrusters, kettlebell swings, dumbbell snatches, arch rocks, Clubbell "Iron Crosses", and medicine ball slams (time of 18:29.94). Short pause, of approx. 2 minutes, followed by non-stop core circuit consisting of 15 exercises. Added 3 sets of grip strength exercises, 1 set of pull-ups, 1 set of weighted chin-ups, and 25 Power Jumper jump squats. Closed with 10 minutes of stretching from 10 Minute Solutions: Pilates DVD.
