Aerobic conditioning: At the community clubhouse LHB did: 10-minutes elliptical, 1 set of pull-ups/chin-ups combo, 30-minutes treadmill running, 1 set of pull-ups/chin-ups combo. Closed with 10-minutes of yoga at home.
