July 11, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

Anaerobic kettlebell:  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 2 sets of 10 burpees followed by an anaerobic kettlebell circuit of cleans, 1-handed swings, snatches and clean/presses (5 sets; total time of 20:16).  Short pause and then did 4-sets of kettlebell Dragon Walks (15, 10, 10, 10).  Short pause before kettlebell circuit of rolling sit-ups, high windmills, rolling sit-ups, 2-handed swings, 2-handed cleans and push presses.  Short pause before 3 sets of ankle weight leg raises, and 2 sets of ankle weight prone flutter kicks.  Closed main workout with 2 sets of jump squats with Portable Power JUmper.  Wrapped up workout with Power Stretch segment from 10-Minute Solution: Yoga.
