July 8, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

"Sunday Slaughter":  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 105 dumbbell thrusters, 120 medicine ball Russian twists, 60 Renegade Rows, 150 weight vest squats, 50 weight vest calf raises, hand grips, ankle weight leg raises, and ankle weight prone flutter kicks.  LHB closed with some yoga.
