July 5, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout
"LHB Diva Panoply": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of a multitude of exercises and exercise equipment, to include: burpees, dumbbell thrusters, Clubbells (3 exercises), weight vest (5 exercises), hand grip strength devices (3 exercises), kettlebells 5 exercises), medicine ball (5 exercises), core devices (3 exercises), Heavy Hands (1 exercise), ankle weights (2 exercises), parallettes 1 exercise), pull-up bar (2 exercises). Added an outdoor anaerobic set (squats, 400 meter run, pushups, 400 meter run, squat jumps). LHB closed with 10-minutes of yoga at home.
