"21, 15, 9 Countdown": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: a "21, 15, 9 Countdown" comprised of dumbbell thrusters, kettlebell swings, medicine ball slams, medicine ball Russian twists, pushups, hand grips, medicine ball push squats, core discs squats, core discs calf raises, Saxon side bends (w/Heavy Hands) (time of 24:26). Added to this was a kettlebell military presses circuit (3 sets), an ankle weights circuit (8 exercises); kettlebell floor presses (1 set); a core devices circuit (3 exercises); dumbbell curls (1 set); parallettes (2 exercises); and some miscellaneous dumbbell/kettlebell work focused on the upper back muscles (3 exercises). LHB closed out this workout with a program from 10 Minute Solution: Yoga.
