"LHB Medicine ball": Medicine ball (10 lbs.) workout, in hotel room, as prescribed by the Lady Hardbody trainer. Military presses (50), crunches (100), push squats (25), Neider presses (30), Russian twists (25), Lunge twists (15), Pushups (14), knee crunches (50), Saxon side bends (20), trunk twisters (50), calf raises (50), thrusters (100 in 4 sets of 25). Closed with 125 bodyweight squats and some stretching.
