Hotel fitness center: 30 min. elliptical; 3 pull-up/chin up sets; ab exercises on a Bosu; 20 Squats with 2x5 lb dumbbells on a Bosu; 20 KB swings with a 30 lb dumbbell; 20 bench presses; 20 dumbbell flyes.

At a nearby YMCA: Did a N.I.A. (Neuromuscular Integrative Action) class at the YMCA in the evening.
Hotel fitness center: 15 min. elliptical; 1 set pull-ups/chin-ups; 15 min. running on treadmill; 1 set pull-ups/chin-ups; 15 min. stationary bike; 1 set pull-ups/chin-ups; abdominal exercises with a fitness ball; 1/2 hour stretching/yoga. Hours and hours of walking on Coronado Island.
Hotel fitness center: 40 min elliptical (intervals), 3 sets of pull-ups/chin-ups, 3 sets of thrusters w/20 lb db’s (15/10/10), 15 biceps curls w/15 db’s, 20 bent over lat rows w/25 lb db’s, Ab exercises on some kind of contraption they have - kind of hard.
Hotel fitness center: 20 min stationary bike, 40 push-ups, various ab exercises, and a lot of stretching.
Hotel fitness center: 10 min. elliptical; 20 min. fast running on treadmill; 20 pull-ups w/28 lb assist on assisted pull-up machine

Hotel room and fitness center: In hotel room: 50 burpees and some abs work. In hotel room: 15 minutes stationary bike, Universal machine workout for 1/2 hour hitting both upper and lower body.
Hotel fitness center: At the hotel fitness center did: 10-minutes elliptical, 30-minutes treadmill running, some abs exercise, and closed with some stretching.
"15, 10, 5, 3 Countdown": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of a 5-exercise "15, 10, 5, 3 Countdown" of: burpees, dumbbell thrusters (DB2x20), kettlebell swings KB44), Russian twists (MB10) and ball slams (MB10). Short pause. Followed with: 1-set of pull-ups and 1 set of hanging knee raises; followed with 3-sets of grip strength exercises; a 10-exercise core circuit; a 5-exercise weight vest circuit (WV20); 1-set of weighted chin-ups (WB4); 25 Personal Power Jumper squat jumps; and 13 dumbbell Manmakers (DB2x10). Closed with 20 minutes of yoga (2 programs) from Ten Minute Solutions: Yoga DVD.
LHB leaves this date for 10 days of work related travel.
Rudy, the LHB trainer, is departing on July 25th for 3 weeks of travel in Europe. Ergo there will be no Lady Hardbody™ workouts until on or about August 17th.
Aerobic conditioning: Active rest. LHB took a 3-mile walk in the morning.
