June 26, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

"The Reintro I": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 150 dumbbell thrusters (time of approx. 9:15.97), 2 sets of leg raises (w/lift) w/2x4 lb. ankle weights), 50 squats on 2 core discs (2 sets of 25), 2 sets of Power Wheel™ pikeups, 100 medicine ball crunches with 8 lb. medicine ball (3 sets), 3 sets of pushups, 2 sets of biceps curls (with 2x12 lb. dumbbells), 1 set of 50 calf raises on stairs, 2 sets of hand grips squeezes.  Closed with 10 minutes of yoga from 10 Minute Solutions: Yoga DVD (Yoga for Flexibility and Relaxation program).
