June 24, 2007 - Workout
Mixed workout: 3 mile run outdoors. Followed by 1 set of 25 dumbbell thrusters, 30 pushups, 4 pull-ups (had to stop because it aggravated upper back muscle). At home did the following DVD programs: Karen Voight BLT on a Ball (25 minutes), and 2-ten minute segments from 10 Minute Solutions: Yoga.
