June 23, 2007 - Workout

Home DVD workout:  Kathy Smith Lift Weights to Lose Weight - Lower Body program (20 minutes).  8 minutes of abdominal workout from same DVD.

*LHB has been letting an upper back muscle rest from overtraining, so her workouts this past week have not been as intense as usual.

Closed with 1 1/2 mile run outdoors.
