Aerobic conditioning:  At the local YMCA LHB did: 20-minutes elliptical, 40-minutes treadmill running (run/walk intervals), 10-minutes fitness ball abs work, some stretching on a stretching machine, 10 assisted pull-ups (40 lb. assist) 6 assisted pull-ups (16 lb. assist).
