June 17, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

"Kettlebell Killer": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 100 burpees (time of approx. 8:40), 5 sets of kettlebell triplets (time of 12:07.07), grip strength exercises, core circuit (9 exercises), 4 additional sets of kettlebell exercises, 1 set of pull-ups/chin-ups (with 4 lb. weight belt).  Closed with 25 minutes of Yoga followed by 1 set of squats on core discs.

LHB left on a business trip this afternoon.

Aerobic conditioning:  At the community clubhouse LHB did: 10 min. elliptical, 35 min. treadmill running (fast), 10-minutes rowing, 1 set of pull-up/chin-up combos.  Closed with 10-minutes of yoga at home.
