"La Pelota del Infierno": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: Burpees (50 non-stop in 3:29), followed by 52 seconds rest, then dumbbell thrusters (25 non-stop): total time for burpees and thrusters of 5:24.38. Medicine ball circuit (29 non-stop med. ball exercises in time of 25:51.75). 3 hand grip strength exercises. 3 core exercises using ab wheel and Power Wheel. 10 minutes of yoga.
