June 11, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

"Pushups/Pull-ups Panoply": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 3 circuits of pull-up bar work, and 3 circuits of parallettes work, using diminishing weighted resistances.  Intermingled with this was 1 circuit of core devices (3 exercises), 1 circuit of medicine ball core (9 exercises), 1 circuit of grip strength (6 exercises), and 1 circuit of weight vest for lower body (4 exercises).  No time for the usual yoga/stretching end of workout routine.
