June 9, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

"25, 18, 12 Countdown":  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: a "25, 18, 12 Countdown" comprised of burpees, dumbbell thrusters, kettlebell swings, medicine ball Russian twists and medicine ball slams (time of 17:39.09).  Added to this was some pullup bar work, grip strength exercises, a core circuit (6 exercises), a weight vest circuit (3 exercises), 1-set of weighted chin-ups, and finally 25 squat jumps with Portable Power Jumper.  LHB closed out this workout with 10 Minute Solution: Rapid Results Pilates - Slim and Sleek Stretch program.
