"Triplets Torment": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 10 triplet supersets of exercises with 15 lb. weight vest, and 4 triplet supersets of exercises with 2x5 lb. ankle weights (1 set involved 2x5 lb. Heavy Hands). Closed out with 20 minutes of yoga from Karen Voight Yoga Stretch DVD.
