June 5, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

"Anaerobic Agony":  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 12 minutes of dumbbell thrusters (147 reps); 100 medicine ball Russian twists for time (4:16); 100 kettlebell swings for time (6:23); 25 burpees for time (2:36).  Little rest between exercises.  Closed out with x minutes of yoga from Karen Voight DVD.
