"Kettlebell Killer": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 50 burpees (time of 3:40.65), 5 sets of kettlebell triplets (time of 13:29.53), grip strength exercises, core circuit (9 exercises), 4 additional sets of kettlebell exercises, 1 set of pull-ups/chin-ups (with 4 lb. weight belt), 1 set of squats on core discs. Closed with 10 minutes of Yoga.
