Aerobic conditioning: At the community clubhouse LHB did 5-minutes rowing, 10-minutes elliptical, 20-minutes treadmill running, 10-minutes rowing. Added 20 burpees, 3 sets of pull-up/chin-up super sets. Closed with 5-minutes stretching.
