"La Chaleca Mala":  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 3-sets of burpees/dumbbell thrusters/medicine balls slam circuit (time of 8:51.63).  Weight vest (15 lbs.) circuit of 17 different exercises.  Ankle weights/Heavy Hands circuit of 11 different exercises.  1 sets of pullups and 1 set of chin-ups with 4 lb. weight belt.  Added 1 set of bodyweight pushups.  Wrapped up workout with Power Stretch segment from 10-Minute Solution: Target Toning.
