Aerobic conditioning: At the community clubhouse LHB did 5-minutes rowing, 10-minutes elliptical, 35-minutes treadmill running and 1 sets of pull-ups/1 set of chin-ups. At home did some Yoga and 1 more set of pull-ups/1 set of chin-ups.
