May 14, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

Olympic weightlifting:  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: Burpees enhancement (5 exercises).  Olympic lifting (10 different exercises, 17 total sets).  Core circuit (8 exercises).  Weight vest pushups, dips, squats and calf raises.  Weight belt pull-ups/no weight belt chin-ups.  Hand grips.  1 more set each of pull-ups and pushups.  Closed with 10 minutes of yoga from 10 Minute Solution: Pilates DVD.
