May 11, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

Medicine ball Tabata intervals:  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of a circuit of medicine ball exercises (11 exercises) done in accordance with the Tabata protocol (20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest).  Total time was 43:32.  Added on biceps curls (1 set), core devices circuit (3 exercises), grip strength circuit (6 exercises), and pull-ups (1 set).  LHB closed out with yoga from Karen Voight’s Pure and Simple Stretch DVD.
