May 7, 2007 - Lady Hardbody Workout

Anaerobic kettlebell:  The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: anaerobic kettlebell circuit of cleans, 1-handed swings, snatches and clean/presses (5 sets; total time of 17:15.44).  Short pause and then did 4-sets of kettlebell Dragon Walks (15, 10, 10, 10).  Short pause before kettlebell circuit of rolling sit-ups, high windmills, 2-handed swings and 2-handed cleans.  Added 3 sets of ankle weight leg raises, and then closed with 3 sets of kettlebell push presses.  Wrapped up workout with Power Stretch segment from 10-Minute Solution: Target Toning.
