"21, 15, 9 Countdown": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: a "21,15, 9 Countdown" comprised of burpees, dumbbell thrusters, kettlebell swings, medicine ball Russian twists and medicine ball slams (time of 13:04.31). Added to this was some pullup bar work, grip strength exercises, a core circuit (6 exercises), a weight vest circuit, and one set of chin-ups. LHB closed out this workout with fitness ball stretch from 10-Minute Solutions: Fitness Ball and stretching from 10-Minute Solution: Pilates.
