Aerobic conditioning: At World Gym LHB did 13-minutes elliptical, 35-minutes treadmill (30-minutes running, 5-minutes walking). She added 2 sets of assisted pull-ups on the machine and some ab work on a fitness ball. At home she closed out with 10 minutes of yoga from 10 Minute Solution: Yoga DVD (Yoga Basics program).
200 Burpees Challenge: The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of 200 burpees for time (19:48.44).
