"Clubbell Carnage": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 40 burpees (25, 15); 20 dumbbell thrusters (DB2x15); 5 Manmakers (DB2x10); Clubbells (18 exercises); pull-ups (5); pushups (15); core circuit (7 exercises); parallette dips (30); Lateral Resistor™ work (4 sets), Portable Power Jumper (jump squats - 25, 20); grip strength exercsises (3 sets). Closed with 10-minutes of stretching.
Aerobic conditioning: At the community clubhouse LHB did: 10 min. elliptical, 20 min. treadmill running (fast), 3 sets of pull-up/chin-up combos, 2 sets of 10 burpees, 10 lunge jumps, 5 min. stretching.
"Zorra’s Zoo": The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 65 burpees (time: 4:46.84), animal movements (15 exercises, 16 sets), medicine ball core circuit (5 exercises with 10-lb. medicine ball), 1-set of burpees with 2x5 lb. dumbbells, 1-set of double push-up burpees. Closed with 20 minutes yoga from Denise Austin Yoga and Pilates DVD.
Aerobic conditioning: 3 mile run outside.
Power and Strength Program: The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 35 burpees (time of 2:17.75). This was followed by four sets of the following triplets: dumbbell thrusters, 2-handed kettlebell swings, 2-handed kettlebell cleans (these were done with heavier than usual dumbbell and kettlebell weight loads). Added on a core circuit of medicine ball V-ups and Russian twists, and leg raises with ankle weights (done for higher number of reps than usual). One final set of 20 burpees. Closed with yoga from Denise Austin DVD Pilates Style Exercises with Yoga Stretching (20 minutes).
Aerobic conditioning: At the community clubhouse LHB did 10-minutes rowing, 25-minutes treadmill running. At home did 10-minute program from 10 Minute Solution: Belly Blaster, 10-minute program from 10 Minute Solution: Yoga. Closed with 10 pull-ups, a new single set PR.
Burpees Enhancement Program: The Lady Hardbody Workout of the Day consisted of: 3 circuits of 14 exercises each, designed to enhance burpees performance (total time of 25:53.44). This was followed by 2 sets of complex pairs (1 set for upper body, 1 set for lower body). Continued with one core circuit consisting of 5 exercises; 3 sets of pull-ups, 3 sets of dumbbell exercises (1 set butt raises, 2 sets biceps curls). Final portion of the LHB workout was 2 sets of grip strength exercises. LHB closed out the workout with 10 minutes of yoga.

Day of rest. LHB has a noon luncheon which is basically in her honor as she is transferring to a different job.
